About the role

The Spa Concierge makes the magic happen by providing the ultimate guest experience and invoking guest delight. You’ll be the brand ambassador, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and pampered from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal attention from the time the guest arrives, offering a warm welcome and introduction to our locker room and amenities
• Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience, ensuring a seamless and memorable visit
• Answer the phone with a smile every time, delivering exceptional service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment with perfect lighting, music, and scent
• Remember small details that make The Woodhouse special—favorite drinks, warm neck wraps, birthdays, and anniversaries
• Support the leadership team by ensuring smooth operations when they are occupied with other tasks
