Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments
• Welcome guests to the Spa and check them in
• Tour guests through the Spa and share information about amenities
• Complete guest check-out transactions after their treatment

Requirements

• Outgoing personality
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to multi-task
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Engaging and welcoming personality
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
• Excellent communication skills
• Frequent bending, pushing/pulling, and lifting/carrying of up to 30 lbs. and occasional lifting/carrying of up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule allowing weekend and holiday work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service role preferred
• Knowledge of spa services and amenities
