About the role
The Spa Attendant is essential to the operation of our studios. They maintain all cleaning operations across the facility, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and other guest areas. Their responsibilities include ensuring all spaces are immaculately cleaned, organized, and prepared for guests' comfort, overseeing the collection, sorting, and laundering of linens and towels, restocking essential supplies, adhering to strict hygiene protocols, assisting in creating a serene and luxurious ambiance, providing exceptional service to guests, and managing laundry care and waste disposal.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily housekeeping duties throughout the facility, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and other guest areas.
- Ensure all spaces are immaculately cleaned, organized, and prepared for guests' comfort.
- Oversee the collection, sorting, and laundering of linens and towels.
- Maintain an adequate supply of fresh, clean linens and ensure they are properly stored and readily available for use.
- Regularly check and restock essential supplies, such as toiletries, amenities, and other consumables.
- Adhere to strict hygiene protocols and guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to ensure thorough sanitization of surfaces and equipment.
- Aid in creating a serene and luxurious ambiance, paying attention to lighting, temperature, and music levels to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Provide exceptional service to guests by offering assistance, answering questions, and ensuring their needs are met. Be responsive to guest requests and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized laundry facility, ensuring the proper care, handling, and storage of uniforms and personal items.
- Properly dispose of waste and recycling materials according to guidelines and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with staff to maintain seamless operations and create a harmonious work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Sage + Sound’s Mission, Vision and Values.
- Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule.
- Full-time employees must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week with minimal restrictions. Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, inclusive of one weekend day (Saturday/Sunday) during studio operating hours, aligned with business needs.
- Part-time employees must be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week and minimum of 3-4 hours per available shift depending on state regulations. Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, inclusive of one weekend day (Saturday/Sunday) during studio operating hours, aligned with business needs.
- Exceptional cleaning skills and a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
- Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations of time.

- The Pay Range For This Role Is 20 - 24 USD per hour(Greenwich, CT).
