Responsibilities
- Ensuring the Spa is clean, well maintained, and stocked at all times (this can include changing areas, bathrooms, service rooms, and other spa areas).
- Coordinating, picking up, and setting up catering.
- Set up rooms and services for technicians including, but not limited to, turning on bed warmers, making hot towels, and setting up spa water.
- Opening and closing the spa including, but not limited to, completing and folding laundry, cleaning, restocking supplies, taking down catering, and turning off equipment.
- Welcome all clients in a friendly manner and be a source of information with regards to Spa operations.
- Assist in various areas of the spa as needed per leadership discretion.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest-based service.
- Experience in aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, or spas highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift standard medical aesthetic equipment and inventory.
Schedule
Less than 30 hours per week, flexible availability including weekends. Clinic hours are subject to change based on business needs.
