The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a Full-Time Spa Attendant to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Bring a genuine, welcoming personality to enhance guest experiences in Spa Operations
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Spa Locker Room and all Spa public areas
- Respond to guest and team needs with professionalism, hospitality, and strong problem-solving skills
- Accommodate special requests whenever possible, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, knowing every element contributes to a memorable spa experience
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and multitask effectively
- Support the entire Spa team, including Spa Reception and Therapists, as operational needs arise
Requirements
- 1+ years of spa housekeeping experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury spa environment
- Passion for organization and cleanliness
- Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and move around for the entire shift
- Ability to lift/pull up to 30 lbs.
