Spa Attendant - Blackberry Farm

About the role

We're looking for a Spa Attendant who is passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a clean, organized environment. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and a willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and assist guests with their needs.
• Set up and break down spa water, tea, and snack offerings.
• Guide guests through the relaxation area, spa changing room, lockers, and steam shower.
• Stock lockers, towels, and amenities as needed.
• Ensure locker rooms, lounge, and spa dispensary are clean and organized.
• Absorb and pass on information about in-room services and amenities.
• Assist therapists with setting up and breaking down services, transporting equipment, and cleaning work areas.
• Comply with Blackberry policies and exhibit positive interactions with guests and team members.

Requirements

• Prior experience in working with the public.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and accommodating personality.
• Ability to work early mornings and late nights (past 10pm).
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, stretch, and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. occasionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous spa or health club experience preferred.
• One year of experience in customer service.
