Spa Attendant

About the role

This position supports the daily operations of the Women’s Spa, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment. Work environment includes a serene spa setting with laundry and fitness areas, whirlpool, and showers.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly
• Assist with their needs
• Assign lockers
• Give tours to prospective members
• Test and record whirlpool chemical levels
• Maintain cleanliness of spa areas
• Manage towel and laundry services
• Complete daily communication logs
• Respond to safety emergencies
• Administer CPR/AED if necessary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; CPR/AED and First Aid preferred.

Schedule

Fridays (4pm‑6pm) and Saturdays (3pm‑6pm)
