The ideal candidate loves spa products and knows how to create the quintessential setting for rest and relaxation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pristine, luxury spa environment.
• Provide an approachable, welcoming attitude to guests.
• Take pride in keeping the spa space beautiful and well‑appointed.
• Deliver a luxurious, memorable guest experience.
• Create the quintessential setting for rest and relaxation using spa products.
• Support the 24‑hour operation with flexibility as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of similar spa or hospitality work experience.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Team‑player attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Detail‑oriented and hardworking.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
