Spa Attendant

About the role

Welcome guests upon arrival, provide facility tours, assign lockers, and explain spa amenities, equipment, and services.

Assist guests before and after treatments, offering refreshments and ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience.

Continuously monitor and maintain locker rooms and spa public areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and organization.

Collect, transport, and replenish linens throughout the spa, coordinating with the laundry department as needed.

Restock guest amenities, towels, and supplies in locker rooms, relaxation areas, fitness facilities, and refreshment stations.

Complete daily opening and closing checklists to ensure all spa areas are clean, properly maintained, and fully stocked.

Monitor spa facilities and promptly address cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the day.

Support Spa Therapists by refreshing treatment rooms during busy periods and high guest volume.

Adhere to Four Seasons policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.

Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and supervisors to support a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality, spa, wellness, or customer service environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and transport linens and supplies, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as business levels require.
