Qualifications

• Positive, upbeat, and team-oriented personality

• Strong communicator who enjoys helping people
• Team player who can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates with experience in sales, hospitality, beauty, fitness memberships, bartending, serving, or customer service
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Sales and customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends preferred

Skills

• Recommend memberships, services, upgrades, and promotions
• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments and manage guest experiences from check-in to check-out
• Maintain spa cleanliness and professionalism
• Support the team in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere

Pay

• Hourly pay PLUS uncapped commission
• Monthly contests and bonus opportunities

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time availability
