About the role

Support Spa Manager in overseeing and managing the daily operations. Assist with HR functions including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling. Handle administrative tasks including filing, member maintenance and data entry of client records and surveys. Promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials. Work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays. Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line. Communicate effectively about health and wellness membership benefits, spa policies, and procedures. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas, and break room. Weekend Availability is a MUST for this position.

Requirements

• Membership sales and customer service experience required
• A passion for people and sales
• High level of enthusiasm
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
• Effectively communicate about health and wellness membership benefits, spa policies, and procedures
• Weekend Availability is a MUST for this position
