About the role

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a SOX Administrative Support Specialist to support our client's team. The position is remote (PST hours) and is expected to last approximately 4–5 months (07/14/2026 – 11/30/2026), with potential to extend up to 6 months. The hourly rate is $100.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide calendar and administrative support to multiple Accounting function leads
  • Manage and coordinate calendars for multiple leads, resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing competing needs
  • Build and maintain simple systems for tracking meeting requests, action items, and recurring scheduling needs
  • Serve as point of contact for calendar-related questions and requests
  • Use AI tools to streamline scheduling, communication, and administrative workflows
  • Support light administrative tasks tied to SOX compliance (documentation tracking, sign-off coordination, recordkeeping)

Requirements

  • Strong calendar management experience supporting senior executives
  • Exceptional written communication skills, particularly via email
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong follow-through
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Discretion with sensitive information and professionalism with senior stakeholders
