GESTAL helps producers improve feed efficiency, animal performance, and overall farm management through data-driven insights. Your role is to bring this innovation directly to the field. What You Will Do Identify and connect with potential customers across your territoryBuild strong relationships with swine producers, integrators, and industry partnersPresent GESTAL technology and demonstrate how it improves farm performanceSupport the full sales cycle from first contact to closing dealsMaintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and consistent follow-upsUse CRM tools to track opportunities and customer interactionsStay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developmentsCollaborate with your colleagues to develop proposals and sales strategiesContribute to your territory’s annual sales and growth plan On the field Travel within your territory to meet producers and understand their operationsLead on-farm onboarding and training for new GESTAL usersSupport existing customers to ensure they get the most out of the technologyProvide occasional support outside regular hours when needed YOUR BACKGROUND Undergraduate degree in Animal Science, Agribusiness, or related fieldsExperience and interest in pig and swine industry, agriculture, agtech, or livestock productionStrong communication skills and a relationship-driven mindsetCuriosity, initiative, and willingness to learnLocated in the region of Southwest USA, or ability and willingness to move.
