Sales Representative

Role Overview We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative focused on improving patient outcomes through developing and executing strategic business plans within healthcare organizations. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, pharmacy leaders, and key decision-makers.Conduct clinical and business discussions to educate on disease states and product utilization.Navigate complex healthcare structures to identify opportunities, expand existing accounts, and support territory growth.Analyze territory performance, market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated customer solutions.Maintain accurate CRM records and participate in industry events and training.Manage territory with professionalism, compliance, and accountability while ensuring excellent customer experience. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.3–5 years of healthcare sales experience, preferably with hospitals, IDNs, specialty pharmacies, or physician offices.Proven ability to build relationships, manage territories, and meet business targets.Strong communication, presentation, and business acumen.Experience with CRM systems and customer insights.Ability to manage a large geographic area with significant travel.
