  • Provide direct support to QMHP and MHP team members working within school-based, community-based, probation, reentry, and independent housing programs.
  • Maintain a small caseload to remain engaged in direct service and model clinical best practices.
  • Promote staff wellness, secondary trauma awareness, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicaid, DHS, probation-related service requirements, school-based standards, and GRO Community policies.
  • Monitor documentation quality, service delivery standards, and utilization review readiness.
  • Collaborate with leadership and quality improvement teams to identify trends and implement corrective or improvement strategies.
  • Participate in audits, site reviews, and quality assurance activities as needed.
  • Support the development and expansion of GRO Community offices and programs across the Southern Region.
  • Assist with onboarding staff, establishing clinical workflows, and supporting new program launches.
  • Ensure new and existing sites align with GRO’s clinical, ethical, and cultural standards.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with schools, probation departments, reentry partners, housing providers, community organizations, faith-based institutions, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with partners to support coordinated care, referral pathways, and continuity of services.
  • Represent GRO Community at community meetings, school meetings, case conferences, and stakeholder forums across Southern Illinois.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Southern Illinois to provide in-person clinical supervision, staff support, and site oversight.
  • Provide on-site support to Southern Regional cities as programs grow and expand.

Qualifications

  • Must currently hold a Clinical Master’s Degree (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field).
  • Licensed or license-eligible preferred (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT).
  • Experience providing community-based and/or school-based mental health services.
