Southern California Based Litigation Attorney (Contract and Remote)

About the role

An Am Law 100 firm with offices nationwide is looking for a Southern California based attorney with at least six years of experience litigating to assist with general litigation matters on a completely remote basis (there is no expectation that the successful candidate will work in the office).

Responsibilities

• Experience handling general case workup activities such as written discovery, motion work, depositions and trial preparation in civil litigation matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years of legal experience in litigation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capability and experience to work independently and with a team.
• Licensed in CA.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Outstanding references.

Qualifications

Experience handling general case workup activities such as written discovery, motion work, depositions and trial preparation in civil litigation matters is required.

Benefits

• Annualized compensation ranging from $175,000 to $205,000 when calculated on a full-time basis.
• Full benefits eligibility when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan.

Pay

• Annualized compensation ranging from $175,000 to $205,000 when calculated on a full-time basis.
