Education Requirement
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a health or social services related field, or equivalent experience, preferred.
Licensure Requirement
Licensure Requirement:
- Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy and position-specific requirements.
- Must pass motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications, and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
Skills
Skills:
- Proficiency with written summaries and documentation.
- Working knowledge of child health care and community issues.
- Proficiency personal computers, databases, and word processing software.
- Effective customer service, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills for interaction with contacts.
- Ability to work collaboratively with people of diverse backgrounds.
Experience
Experience:
- Two years of experience in a community-based setting in areas such as health care, social service, or community service, required.
- Experience in collaborative program development, preferred.
