About the role
BODY20 Summerlin is looking for an energetic Community Growth Specialist to help introduce our revolutionary EMS fitness technology to the Las Vegas community.
Responsibilities
- Represent BODY20 at community events, health fairs, business expos, and local networking events.
- Build relationships with local businesses and organizations.
- Introduce prospective members to our studio and schedule introductory sessions.
- Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email.
- Help convert community relationships into long-term members.
- Work closely with our studio leadership team to grow membership.
- Occasionally assist inside the studio with tours and member experience.
Qualifications
- Loves talking with people.
- Has a positive, outgoing personality.
- Is organized and follows through.
- Communicates exceptionally well.
- Is self-motivated and enjoys working independently.
- Is comfortable attending events on evenings and weekends.
- Wants to grow into a leadership role.
