South End Market Assistant Manager - MGM Springfield

The Role

Lead with heart and make magic happen at the MGM Springfield South End Market as a Restaurant Assistant Manager. Elevate the outlet experience, supervise teams, and ensure every guest interaction is cherished.

Responsibilities

• Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations
• Serve as supervisor of floor service in dining rooms during hours of operation
• Conduct employee evaluations and manage issues related to attendance records
• Maintain communication with the Chef on all food service and menu issues
• Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to address guest and employee needs
• Order supplies through the IP System and prepare purchase requisitions for any outlets from the warehouse or support departments
• Keep inventory form and stocking area updated
• Inspect food coming from support departments to ensure freshness and quality
• Communicate directly with guests for special requests and large party reservations

Requirements

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience
• Varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is: $41,300.00 - $56,800.00. Employees are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
