What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading daily kitchen operations and service execution
- Managing food quality, ordering, and labor controls
- Training and mentoring BOH talent
- Supporting menu development and implementation
- Maintaining NYC DOH and HACCP standards
- Working closely with FOH and culinary leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Requirements
- 2+ years Sous Chef experience in high-volume or luxury hospitality preferred
- NYC Food Protection License required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and culinary excellence

- Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 USD
