Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in the overall coordination of food preparation and presentation.
• Supervise kitchen staff.
• Ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Prepare food using standardized recipes and methods of preparation.
• Follow serving portion requirements and meal schedules.
• Ensure proper storage of raw and prepared food.
• Adhere to cleaning requirements.

Pay

Hourly wage range: $27 – $28.25
