Sous Chef or Lead Cook

About the role

This is a hands-on position who leads by example and assists in the day-to-day operation. Must possess excellent people skills and communicate well with other departments. Must work well under pressure in a complex, problem-solving environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all other management areas of the kitchen to include menu development, scheduling, ordering, staff training and accountability.
