About the role
Our Yardies need a ringleader. We’ve got a specific vibe over here at Yard House (great food, classic rock, good beer—and loads of it) thanks in no small part to our Sous Chefs leading the charge.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of their restaurants
- Ensure consistent delivery of high quality, great tasting food to Guests
- Create workplaces where Team Members are stoked to work
Requirements
- Current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
- Stable job history demonstrating upward career and salary progression
