About the role
The Yard House needs a Sous Chef to lead the charge in delivering high quality, great tasting food to Guests while creating a workplace that Team Members are excited to call home.

Requirements
- Current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
- Stable job history demonstrating upward career and salary progression
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
