About the role
The Yard House needs a Sous Chef to lead the charge in delivering high quality, great tasting food to guests while creating a workplace where team members are excited to work.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Requirements
- Current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes contributing to great execution.
- Stable job history demonstrating upward career and salary progression.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.

$68,000 per year - $80,000 per year
