Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring all food produced meets the highest quality standards and is served in a timely manner.
- Aid the Chef & Brand Ambassador with planning menus and creative input on plating presentation.
- Coordinate, train, and manage additional kitchen/showroom staff.
- Stock ingredients and equipment, and place procurement orders as needed.
- Enforce best practices for safety, sanitation, and organization in the kitchen.
- Continuously learn Middleby products and stay updated on relevant trends to effectively showcase equipment.
- Support the company's social media strategy by engaging with social media channels, customers, and industry culinary communities, providing content and customer experience feedback under the guidance of the Chef & Brand Ambassador.
- Collaborate with Middleby Residential Marketing on the development of specific content, video production, etc., as assigned.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
