About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation and staff supervision

- Inspect and maintain kitchen equipment
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and timely service
- Assume executive chef responsibilities in absence
- Adhere to food quality standards and sanitation protocols
- Train kitchen staff in cleanliness and safety practices
- Monitor food holding and storage operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary training
- 2-5 years cooking experience
- Culinary leadership role preferred
- Clear communication skills
- Safe food handling abilities
- Physical stamina for long shifts in hot conditions
