Pay

Compensation range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

About the role

Requirements

• 2+ years high-volume restaurant management experience
• Understanding of business operations and financials
• Understanding of flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients
• Ability to perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
• Understanding of POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems)

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, and planning
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness
• Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team
• Drive continuous improvement
