The role joins a dedicated team committed to redefining hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts, including daily decision‑making, scheduling, and planning.
• Regularly communicate and collaborate with culinary partners and consultants for operational and menu changes.
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high‑volume environment.
• Manage on‑the‑fly requests with ease and poise.
• Coach, lead, and develop the restaurant team.
• Maintain a highly organized, multitasking approach in a fast‑paced setting.
• Demonstrate professionalism, openness to feedback, and a guest‑centric mindset.
• Stay responsive and collaborative, working without ego.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 + years high‑volume restaurant management experience.
• Knowledge of food & beverage preparation techniques and health department regulations.
• Open, curious mindset with a desire to deliver tailored guest experiences.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to industry changes.
• Professional demeanor, comfortable with candid feedback and continuous improvement.
• Strong teamwork orientation and collaborative communication style.
