What You Get To Do

Maintain a supervisory role the back-of-house operations in a high-volume setting.
Support changes to menus, operations, and styles of service, etc.
Support transitions between major seasonal events.
Assist with inventory management, supervising ambassadors, and scheduling.
What Else Is Important
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Culinary or Baking and Pastry program.
- Academic credit can be received.
- Program dates are flexible and can be adjusted based on your school's academic calendar.
- Full time availability is preferred, but part time availability will also be considered.
