We are seeking an executive chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative menus and recipes
- Oversee all food preparation and service in the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Recruit and develop a skilled kitchen staff
Requirements
- Experience as an executive chef or extensive experience as a sous chef
Qualifications
- Proven track record in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
