About the role

We are seeking an executive chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative menus and recipes
  • Oversee all food preparation and service in the kitchen
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Recruit and develop a skilled kitchen staff

Requirements

  • Experience as an executive chef or extensive experience as a sous chef

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
