About the role
Under the general supervision of the Restaurant Chef, Executive Chef, Assistant Director of Food and Beverage Operations, Director of Food & Beverage, and/or Travel Center Manager, you will perform one-on-one training of line cooks and assist in menu writing, P&L, costing, scheduling, and all other related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Train line cooks on a one-on-one basis
- Assist in menu development and writing
- Contribute to profit & loss (P&L) analysis and costing
- Support scheduling activities
- Perform other related duties as assigned
