About the role
The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, excellent customer service skills with a strong presence in the kitchen. Must be confident of skills and have the ability to make sound independent decisions. Candidates must be highly organized, willing to adjust to varying schedules and hands-on while overseeing supervision of staff, scheduling and inventories. Sets high standards for self and staff. Assists the Director with all facets of the culinary operation.Qualifications
Background should include strong knowledge of service, food, wine and prior management experience.Pay
