Sourcing Specialist - Nursing (Temporary)

Key Responsibilities

  • Source external passive candidates using various resources and/or creative methods.
  • Sources candidates by creating search strategies and identifying potential talent from candidate database.
  • Post positions via internet; run advertisements; organize and attend job fairs; review employee referrals; social media, etc.
  • Determine most effective sourcing method and identify creative strategies to attract talent.
  • Conduct phone screens to pre-qualify all candidates for interview consideration.

Technical Capabilities

  • Documentation (Intermediate): Ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, thorough, and compliant.
  • Networking (Intermediate): Build relationships through industry contacts, professional organizations, and individuals.
  • Recruiting Needs Assessment (Intermediate): Determine specific staffing needs including overall experience, competency and education needs and requirements.
  • Interviewing (Intermediate): Gather information for purposes of recruitment, customer requirements, business needs and other subjects.
