Sourcing Specialist - Nuclear-Level 1 - Associate (0 - 5 Years)

Job Description

This role executes the sourcing process and implements policies for contracted services and materials. The specialist will develop and execute complex sourcing agreements, manage supplier selection, and conduct contract negotiations. This position involves strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and industry analysis to drive value while ensuring all business dealings adhere to the highest levels of integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing processes and supplier selection.
• Aid in bid analysis and negotiations.
• Participate in supplier qualification and performance evaluation.
• Provide data analysis and forecasting support.
• Develop fundamental sourcing and contract management skills.
• Execute complex sourcing agreements with minimal oversight.
• Manage performance evaluation and cost optimization.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of sourcing experience is required.
• This role requires in-depth knowledge of the Nuclear industry, particularly related to engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word is required.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
