Sourcing Recruiter, OneMedical , One Medical

Core Responsibilities

• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management
• Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
• Conduct initial phone screens, set expectations about the particular role and process, and effectively position One Medical Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer
• Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process

Basic Qualifications

• Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies
• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, which must include 3+ years' experience sourcing (high-sourcing / low-volume)
• Healthcare recruiting experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
• Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
• Proven delivery in competitive and complex roles and markets using strategic sourcing ideas
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
