About the role
The Amazon Legal and Public Policy Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Sourcing Recruiter to join our organization in support of our growing business.
Responsibilities
- Build and actively implement sourcing strategies to attract and hire the very best technical talent.
- Provide strategic guidance and become an advisor to business leaders in matters related to Legal and Public Policy Recruiting by delivering results.
- Partner with business stakeholders.
- Support market research and use data to build talent insights and recommend hiring strategies.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
- Implement and fine-tune new and existing processes for recruiting that contribute to Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience.
- Work on various projects focused on improving candidate generation best practices.
Requirements
We are looking for a Sourcing Recruiter who can thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment. The person in this role must be able to work independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
- Preferred: Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring, Legal recruiting experience

Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
Base salary range for this position is listed below:
- USA, NY, New York - 66,300.00 - 109,000.00 USD annually
- USA, TN, Nashville - 50,900.00 - 89,100.00 USD annually
- USA, TX, Austin - 56,600.00 - 99,100.00 USD annually
- USA, VA, Arlington - 56,600.00 - 99,100.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Bellevue - 80,200.00 - 99,100.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle - 80,200.00 - 99,100.00 USD annually
