About the role
The Amazon Legal and Public Policy Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Sourcing Recruiter to join our organization in support of our growing business. We are looking for a Sourcing Recruiter who can thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment. The person in this role must be able to work independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Build and actively implement sourcing strategies to attract and hire the very best technical talent
- Provide strategic guidance and become an advisor to business leaders in matters related to Legal and Public Policy Recruiting by delivering results
- Partner with business stakeholders
- Conduct market research and use data to build talent insights and recommend hiring strategies
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company
- Implement and fine-tune new and existing processes for recruiting that contribute to Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience
- Work on various projects focused on improving candidate generation best practices
Qualifications
- Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
- Experience in Recruiting or HR

- USA, NY, New York: 79,200.00 - 138,700.00 USD annually
- USA, TN, Nashville: 64,800.00 - 113,400.00 USD annually
- USA, TX, Austin: 72,000.00 - 126,100.00 USD annually
- USA, VA, Arlington: 72,000.00 - 126,100.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Bellevue: 82,700.00 - 126,100.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle: 82,700.00 - 126,100.00 USD annually
