Key job responsibilities

• Build and actively implement sourcing strategies to attract and hire the very best technical talent
• Provide strategic guidance and become an advisor to business leaders in matters related to Legal and Public Policy Recruiting by delivering results
• Partner with business stakeholders
• Conduct market research and use data to build talent insights and recommend hiring strategies
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company
• Implement and fine-tune new and existing processes for recruiting that contribute to Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer
• Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience
• Work on various projects focused on improving candidate generation best practices
• Use your sourcing skills to research Legal talent populations and network with passive candidates
• Collaborate with the business to create robust sourcing strategies to find and attract the best and the brightest
• Manage candidates through their recruitment process end-to-end and interact with several stakeholders and customers

Basic Qualifications

• Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
• Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
• Experience in Recruiting or HR
• Experience in Legal Recruiting

Pay

• USA, NY, New York - 79,200.00 - 138,700.00 USD annually
• USA, TN, Nashville - 64,800.00 - 113,400.00 USD annually
• USA, TX, Austin - 72,000.00 - 126,100.00 USD annually
• USA, VA, Arlington - 72,000.00 - 126,100.00 USD annually
• USA, WA, Seattle - 82,700.00 - 126,100.00 USD annually
