About the role
As part of our efforts to expand Amazon Pharmacy, we are looking for a Sourcing Recruiter to join our Pharmacy Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to hire talent that powers our mission to make medication access simpler, more affordable, and more convenient for customers nationwide. This role spans pharmacy leadership, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, and customer care hiring. You will own searches across multiple business lines, implement creative sourcing strategies, and develop strong candidate pipelines through proactive market research and relationship building.
This role can be based out of Nashville, TN, Seattle, WA, or Arlington, VA only.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
- Conduct initial phone screens, set expectations about the role and process, and effectively position Amazon Pharmacy's mission and culture to prospective talent.
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches while managing customer expectations.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning standard recruiting practices.
- Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
- Screen and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including assessing best practices in interviewing techniques and identifying top performers for senior-level openings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a strong candidate pipeline.
Requirements
- 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
- Experience with a contact management system or applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing high-volume as well as niche hiring.
- Experience managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle: from reach-out, assessment, preparation, negotiation, and closing.
- Healthcare or pharmacy recruiting experience.
Pay
Base salary range: $50,900.00 - $89,100.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
