Sourcing Project Manager
About the role
Lead end-to-end execution of sourcing-related projects such as dual sourcing initiatives, supplier ramp-up and readiness plans.
Build and maintain detailed project plans that clearly define timelines, milestones, and deliverables—both internally and with external suppliers.
Serve as the central point of coordination across suppliers and internal teams, ensuring alignment and forward progress.
Track and handle key supplier actions, deliverables, and dependencies to keep projects on schedule.
Partner closely with sourcing to prioritize work, lead multiple initiatives, and drive execution.
Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, prioritization, and overall productivity across a high volume of concurrent projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Ideal 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in supply chain or sourcing.
- Skilled in analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Travel up to 10%.

Pay
$105,000.00 - $195,000.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
