Sourcing & Procurement Supervisor
Schedule
Flexible core hours (7am-4pm or 8am-5pm) with up to 10% travel.
Location
Join a stable, family-owned manufacturing organization as a Sourcing & Procurement Supervisor, where you'll lead a team of three buyers while driving strategic sourcing initiatives and supporting daily purchasing operations. This hands-on leadership role manages approximately $15M in annual spend, supplier relationships, cost-saving initiatives, and material availability to ensure uninterrupted production.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience
- 2+ years of leadership or team development experience
- Strong supplier negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience driving cost savings and process improvements
- ERP system proficiency and strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Experience
- Mechanical engineering
- Manufacturing or production environment
- Direct materials sourcing (films, adhesives, labels, paper products, etc.)
- Global sourcing and supplier management
- Epicor ERP experience

This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $105000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
