The Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for leading all non-sellable merchandise sourcing activities of Hugo Boss Americas.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives for indirect categories, such as IT services, logistics, marketing services, shop construction, and other corporate services.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Plan and execute market analyses, competitive tenders, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Define and implement category strategies aligned with global procurement objectives.
- Negotiate and manage framework agreements with regional and international suppliers.
- Identify and realize cost optimization and value creation opportunities beyond pure price (e.g., service levels, risk mitigation, scalability).
- Maintain and develop strong supplier relationships while continuously challenging the supply base.
- Collaborate with global procurement teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in strategic sourcing or indirect procurement, ideally within an international or complex corporate environment.
- Proven experience managing strategic supplier negotiations and multi-stakeholder sourcing projects.
- Strong commercial mindset with solid analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate independently and drive topics end-to-end with a high level of ownership.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Pay
The expected base salary range for this position is from $110,000 -$120,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
