Sourcing Manager
Job Summary
Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for assigned products to improve cost, quality, service and total cost of ownership. Collaborates with operations management, quality/compliance, product management, and supply chain teams to qualify new sources of supply. Identifies risks within the products assigned and works closely with stakeholders to eliminate or take mitigating actions for strategic risks.
Key Responsibilities

Required Education & Experience
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
- Years of Experience: 8-11 Years
- Field of Expertise: Sourcing, Purchasing or Supply Chain Management
Preferred Education & Experience
- Minimum Education Level: Master's degree
- Specialized Degree: Supply Chain Management/Business Administration
- Licenses/Certificates: Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM))
- Years of Experience: 12-14 Years

The role does not involve managing Southwire team members and travel is not required. Physical requirements include standing 5% of the time and sitting 90% of the time. Work is performed in an office setting.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 8-11 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain management. A Master's degree and 12-14 years of experience in supply chain management or business administration are preferred. Certifications in procurement or supply chain management are beneficial.
