Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business
• At least 5 years of purchasing and sourcing experience within manufacturing environment
• Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma and Project Management preferred
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Able to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities in a matrixed organization
• Strong problem-solving and risk-taking abilities
