Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies in partnership with business stakeholders and Category Managers.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing events including RFPs, RFQs, and negotiations across assigned categories.
- Conduct market research and supplier assessments to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and present sourcing recommendations to decision-makers.
- Build strong supplier relationships to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the full contract lifecycle.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-reduction opportunities and mentor the procurement team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Proven expertise in leading sourcing events and supplier negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret spend data and supplier performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence at all organizational levels.
- Experience with procurement technologies and eSourcing platforms; Coupa preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple complex sourcing projects effectively.
Pay
$100,000 – $120,000 annually
