About the role

We are seeking a Sourcing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sourcing and procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products/services
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies
• Manage supplier performance through regular reviews and evaluations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
• Prepare and present sourcing proposals to stakeholders
• Monitor and report on sourcing metrics to assess performance and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sourcing and procurement
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience with sourcing software and tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of industry best practices in sourcing and procurement
• Understanding of supply chain management principles

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
