Sourcing Manager

Skills

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in data analytics tools
• Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards
• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Advanced degree or MBA preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business
• At least 5 years of purchasing and sourcing experience
• Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma and Project Management
• US citizenship required
• Ability to obtain/maintain a DOD security clearance required

Benefits

Salary Range: $106,114 - $180,395
