Sourcing Intern

Position Overview

The sourcing intern reports to a Sourcing Manager within the Global Strategic Sourcing organization. The intern’s work will be individual project based with potential for group projects. The sourcing intern may interact with several internal departments outside of procurement including research and development, finance, operations, and supply chain, and may also interact with H.B. Fuller’s external suppliers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Must be a rising Junior or Senior in the summer of 2026
• Strong communication, interpersonal, & organizational skills
• Strong desire and innate capability to learn
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, etc.)

Pay

• Based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location
• The salary for this role is $22-$25 per hour
