Sourcing Coordinator

About the role
The Sourcing Coordinator, Denim provides administrative and ad hoc support to the Sourcing group. The primary function is to assist with the purchase order process from issuance through final revisions and manage sample tracking. This role also drives a seamless launch of the development process with overseas partners.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Bamboo Rose system
- Maintain lab dip colors
- Request Line Review Samples and update agent allocation
- Handle all PO requests and revisions
- Assist with request and tracking of all samples
- Create and maintain seasonal recap charts, lab dip charts, and other ad hoc requests
- Maintain departmental files within Sourcing systems
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Merchandise Planning to align on PO creation and revisions
- Communicate with Far East Sourcing partners, third-party vendors, and other functions
- Assist with departmental projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent functional experience
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides is a plus
- Passion for the brand and client
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Team-oriented
- Previous production experience preferred but not required

Pay
The wage range for this position is $50,000 to $54,080. Successful candidates’ wage rates will be determined based on individual qualifications for the position.
Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site position at our Ann Taylor office in New York City (Times Square Tower). Work schedule is consistent with the needs of the business.
